Tomlinson's in Florence is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and we can't wait to show you what you've been missing. We are open Monday-Friday from 9am until 6pm, and in November and December we are also open on Saturdays from 9am until 1pm.
Tomlinson's has been serving customers in the Pee Dee since the 1930's. We are a locally-owned department store that carries men's, women's, and children's clothing; Home Decor; Bedding & Bath products; Jewelry; Toys; Hunting Gear, and so much more! You will always find something new at Tomlinson's in Florence!
A long time ago, our store in Florence existed solely as a warehouse location for our other stores to come and pick up their merchandise from. We would receive everything in Florence and would then store it here until it was needed at our other locations. As time went on, we started allowing other local Mom and Pop businesses to shop our inventory and resell our products in their stores. As even more time went on, we realized that the family and friends of the owners of these stores were also shopping with us for their personal needs and not just for their stores.
One thing led to another, and we eventually got to the point where we now are. We sell first quality goods at wholesale prices to the Florence, SC community and the surrounding regions. We will frequently have customers come from hundreds of miles away to shop with us (THANK YOU!) and also have customers from right down the road. We hope that we'll see you in here soon too!
Our store in Florence is located at 1309 East Palmetto Street - between McLeod Hospital and the Florence Airport. We're in a big brick building with several signs on the building itself, but no sign on the road. Make plans to come see us soon - we know you'll love it!
