Return Policy

Tomlinson Sales Company has been around since the early 1930's, and we strive to make you LOVE shopping with us. That's why we make returns so easy. We offer free shipping on orders of $20 or more and free returns within 180 days on most products on our website - the only exception is that items personalized with custom embroidery cannot be returned unless they are defective (our in-store return policy is different and can be seen here). Other than personalized items, ALL items purchased online can be returned - for FREE - within 180 days of when you receive your order.


All returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by emailing us at help@tomlinsonsales.com. We will provide a shipping label that you can use to send the returns back to us. All returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Florence, SC and can not be taken to your local Tomlinson's.

Once we receive your return we will issue a credit to the form of payment that was used when the order was placed and we will email you to let you know that the refund has been processed.
